You would be required to have a training log, a training calendar and that includes nutrition too, the proper tools, and if manageable recruit a friend or join a team to run, bike and swim with. You cannot simply make up your own triathlon training program and still expect to attain your targets.

AntwortenLöschenThanks for this special hint! I have been doing this a a team mostly and it was planned by an experienced triathlon trainer. I eat vegan all day and know what is good for me and what not in sense of nutrition (while you have an ad for protein powder with whey on your website/ I won't post the disadvantages of animal protein on here). I did not expect to attain my targets, but I did succed my personal best on this course after this training camp. Thanks for the hint with the training log and calender. I got both, just modified my tasks for these few days.
